We collect your information directly from you as a client or from the consultant appointed by you.

The purpose for collecting your information

We collect your information to ensure that we can manage your investments with us and ensure that we meet the promise we have made to you as set out in our mandate with you. We do not collect any additional information that we do not require for this purpose.

Disclosure of your information

We only disclose your information to our appointed service providers so that we can manage your investments with us.

Note that we would disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, e.g. our Regulator or alternatively where it is essential to protect your rights.

The protection of your information

It is critical to you us that we adequately protect your information against the unauthorized access to and usage of your information. We therefore deploy a variety of safeguards to ensure this and we regularly monitor and update these safeguards, which include but are not limited to:

  2. Computer and network security
  3. Secure communications
  4. Controls on the retention and disposal of your information
  5. Investigating and resolving security incidents
