Consolidation of two citrus and table grape farms situated near Wellington with 198ha of table grapes; 210ha of citrus, consisting of lemons, navels and soft citrus; and 48ha of pomegranates.

This area, known as the Boland, has a Mediterranean climate that supports an abundance of fruit and vegetable farms and orchards; allowing a development plan that almost doubled the productive hectares of the farms. The farm consists of 780ha, of which 458ha are under irrigation on the Berg River water scheme.
